As we get ready and geared to get our children or even ourselves back into to the groove of going back to school let's look at a check list to make sure that we are absolutely ready to start the first day. The list goes as follows:
1.) Make sure you get a good nights the night before
2.) Get your clothes prepared before going to bed
3.) Eat breakfast in the morning as this is the most important meal of the day
4.) Put a smile on your face you're more likely to make new friends with it, than without.
